@Edward Conde I think, emphasis on think, the only way that could be true would be if they already paid the delinquent taxes on a property and are selling the liens they already have.

Great point about not having equity work for you and it has taken some time for me to grasp the concept. 

Almost like a VRBO except you would bring your own house.On the surface this sounds like it would be reasonable but I would ask how you plan to market the concept to your customers.
