If you can keep it amicable that’s ideal, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Regarding making a house breath...

Unless an applicant contacts me for a "why", I don't provide a "why"....and if I do, its very vague along the lines of " I found a more qualified and compatible applicant".....very vagueAnd don't even look or breath in the vicinity of them being a gay couple....don't bring that up AT ALL...or they will latch onto that being THE reason they got declined

I'm not holding my breath on this deal closing....  ;-)  We may see what our options are to negotiate with the lien holders, but this one is going to be tough. 

So, help me understand why someone who has never bought or sold a home before would think that it’s better to navigate this process on their own than listing it with a real estate agent who eats, breaths and sleeps real estate....?

Somehow, I don't think so, and yet in the same breath, I think house prices will get back to where they were.

A good true turnkey is a company that lives, works, eats, and breathes in the metro area that you want to invest. 

Are they thinking they are breathing in mold from the dishwasher?
