You are practically next door - I use to cycle out your way and stop for breakfast at Blacks on a regular basis.There are opportunities in our small Cities in the Maritimes, and probably a few in those smaller centres with a stable economy ... sounds like you have found your start.

@Thomas Long - downtown Pensacola check out Jaco’s at the end of the pier, Bagelheads (local breakfast spot), Fish House Restaurant,  Nick’s Boathouse and if your into jazz with a home cooked meal, Five Sisters Blues Cafe.

If you search for Bellevue WA boarding house, you find the city regulations on boarding house as "Boarding houses and bed and breakfasts require a Home Occupation Permit, Part 20.30N LUC, approval.

Costs may be breakfast or a dinner.

There is a breakfast tomorrow morning 10/28 7am-9am in Portland, hosted by the Southern Maine Landlords Association and Efficiency Maine.

If we get enough people that are interest, I'd be more than willing to host at my office in Orange, pool together money, and have this meeting over breakfast or lunch.

It's funny, but I really think people have been hacked because they seem to only see ONE side of the story in their biased way.If you can see that this host enriches himself at the cost of the Landlord's that own the apts he rents on AirBnB, the Hotels and the real Bread and Breakfast owners, then you should be sympathetic to this article.IF NOT, you should question yourself to ask WHY don't I feel this guy is a criminal?!
