I posted this in the Real Estate Professionals - Contractors section and I thought I'd try re-posting in the Lakewood forum:I’m looking for recommendations for a repairman/handyman in Lakewood/Littleton (Denver, Englewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, 80227, 80226, 80235, 80123, 80128, 80120, 80127).

In mass, a typical cost for contractor grade strip and re-shingle with flashing and ridges is  300-400 a square. (100 sq ft).

Also, they make little plastic ridged tools to unclog a drain.

Just because you can see perforated vinyl or aluminium soffit under your eaves does not mean there is not a solid soffit, or mis-installed vapour barrier underneath (especially on an older home which may have originally been built with wood (solid) soffits);make certain your roof is vented at the top (either with a ridge vent {preferred} or several roof vents such as pagotas or ventilators {acceptable}).  

I work mainly in Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Rochester Hills, as well as Ferndale, Berkley, Clawson, Madison Heights, Sterling Heights, Pleasant Ridge, Huntington Woods, Shelby, Utica, and Warren.

@Michael Bracken why not do cash out refi on primary at 4.5% 30 year fixed rather than a 6% variable heloc.

Also very close to the mountains and outdoor activities (Blue Ridge Parkway, Ashville, etc).

I live and operate as an agent for investors in North Georgia (Blue Ridge) and am seeing it get more and more competitive here because of how desirable it is.
