$60k in this property could be invested in Bitcoin or Apple stock or a SP500 index fund.  

Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Google, Oracle, Facebook, and about 1500 other companies moving here or expanding existing operations here. 

The whole process made me start thinking this might be something I’d like to do to generate income for us while I’m also actively working a job that I enjoy doing working in tv.
