I would love to talk to someone who has been doing development of raw land in South America towards creating vacation rentals.

Currently located in Idaho and have a local credit of Mountain America that does a 10-15% down investment portfolio loan but they only use long term rent projections to help qualify the loan.

Basically advertising to get customers to move there.For instance nowhere in America can they be discriminated against for housing, so all areas seem the same vs MOST Friendly.They can't be given special treatment in housing just because they are, nor can they be denied housing just because they are..an Equal situation vs a Most Friendly.Do you (or anyone else) know the answer to this, or did you just pick see it in the media like I did (???)
