We meet in Overland Park - and have an all day workshop coming up next month that might make it well worth the drive.

Just last week he paid for us to go to a Grant Cardone workshop.

The unfinished workshop has 576 sq. ft. w/ loft of 26x36 that can be converted to an ADU according to the county.

I don't know much about EXIT and what they offer, however, I can speak of Keller Williams as they have and do a extensive amount of workshops and classes for new realtors.
