Are utilities included?

We just got it online in March and have had pretty consistent rentals, but are doing more direct booking than with Air B&B (through networks). 

@Vincent Aiello - and for payment, do you utilize paypal or another online portal?

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that county provides that information for free online, BUT they do upload it to a private company that will sell you access to it online for a fee:https://www.courthouseonline.com/

That's why for deals like this, you will see people utilize bridge loans where they will lend up to 75% LTV and fund capex potentially because the property has problems and they are looking more at the future value and operations.

Significantly different than the minimal taxes saved most people think, as this is a strategy they currently aren’t utilizing.

@James Harryton Look on Craigslist, Zillow, Redfin, Rentometer, and other online sites to see what others are charging for rent in your area. 

I'm certain they buy a template online or pay an overseas drafts person $2000, then charge $90K for minimal work.
