I think the multiple drone shots showing every possible aerial view of everything is a waste of time and can actually be harmful if there's unfavorable things nearby.

Also, do you have any idea what you'd like to do in terms of the method of investing? 

One of the most important skills you didn't mention is networking, which you are obviously doing well at too.I'd recommend connecting 1:1 (zoom, coffee. lunch, etc.) with a couple from the BP Chicago community or better yet check out some of the local meetups: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-real-estate-events-...Make friends with the meetup hosts...they will often know whos who and can help you make the right connections.Regarding your license, I think it's a great idea if you have the time and are going at it with the right intentions. 

@Deepak Sukhija - I agree with others that you should talk to a few lenders to get an idea of how much of a down payment you'll need to execute the deal.

You have no idea if they are following the law, AirBnB rules, paying taxes, etc.

It's not the data or the asset classes; it's you.You are often your biggest roadblock.Considering this and looking at your journey differently, you can break the stalemate.If you are new and want advice, you must be open to ALL advice, not just the kind that supports your first idea or asset class.

Any losses incurred along the way are chalked up as inefficiencies / common area heating costs.Whether this is a good idea, IMO, is based on markets trends.
