Assure the tenant that you will attempt to limit showings to certain times during the day and only to truly qualified buyers - so you don't have tire kickers walking through for sport.

I think the market will unfortunately shake out some of the landlords and property owners who don’t have good systems, who are over leveraged , or those that are just tired of being landlords.
