I’m tired will all this multiple offers situation.

I'm tired of scanning for properties on the MLS only to see something great, inquire about it and find out that it's already under contract.

I don’t think I would even try to use Craigslist for my rentals in the City - too many tire kickers, crazy inquiries, spamsters/fraudsters.  

Assure the tenant that you will attempt to limit showings to certain times during the day and only to truly qualified buyers - so you don't have tire kickers walking through for sport. 

That will get tiring on a 30-years note.Here are things I see included but don't sound correct:Insurance is too low

It's like comparing the cost of 1 tire to the next.

@Fred ShatzoffYes, I'm sure there's some tire kickers out there right now with not enough conviction to follow through, but it's an uncertain time and smart they at least did the research

Maybe try and do better pre-screening and reduce the tire kickers or expand the open house time and reduce how many people are in the house at once.

Banks got tired of the rates being low for so long.

I think the market will unfortunately shake out some of the landlords and property owners who don’t have good systems, who are over leveraged , or those that are just tired of being landlords.
