@Vincent Plant, Nothing replaces good old due diligence. 

It costs some to build the 18' trellises and plant up to 1,000 plants per acre, but both will last about 20 years before refurbishing. 

I also think there are plants in the audience that jump up to sign up to get the train line going to the sign up levels.

@Mindy Jensen - There's an equipment rental place on Main St just south of the old turkey plant that rents out pumps (or they did a few years ago when I needed one in Longmont).  

Where are you planting your out of state trees?

I'm working on a parcel right now that has some old graves on it, is bordered on 3 sides by an old landfill, a sewage treatment plant, and a radioactive waste storage facility, and there are 2 homeless squatters who have been camping on it for 5 years. 2.)

If a sewer pump station stops pumping the poop up hill to the sewer plant, poop from an entire neighborhood can start flowing backwards and will take the path of least resistance.

If you are wanting a newer look of painted walls, you can fill the seams and cracks with spackling and tape and bed or texture as desired then paint it and it will look like a normal sheetrock wall.
