What else is on the inspection report, galvanised supply?

I'm looking at doing an ADU up in the Napa Valley, it seems to be a good opportunity right now for areas with restricted housing supplies and steep prices.

The downside is office unIt can sit vacant for an undefined amount of time, maybe years, whereas multi-family is pretty easily replaceable assuming proper supply/demand.
