The AppFolio integration works great, but everything else is hit or miss, which is incredibly stressful when you’re trying to stay on top of your property finances.I’m curious if anyone else has experienced similar sync problems or if there are any recommendations for alternative platforms that might work better.

(Mass Govt should be giving experienced landlords (5 years operating with at least one unit at profit as a buy and hold) zero down loans to house these people (in areas they currently live in--so they can stay close to friends and family), and free money to fix up the Brockton type area homes to modern standards inside.

single family homes in the city are a relative bargain right now, depending on school district...There are some great schools in the fishtown/olde kensington neighborhoods and our single family and apartment units all stayed filled without any real vacancy over the last few years.

I agree with Jonathan, MTR are turning into more then just nurses, its insurance, big companies putting up their C level to just people looking to stay longer in a area and want a nice place to call home without a fixed lease.
