Have to wait those out 3 to 6 months to get through rent abatements/deferrals and see how long it takes businesses to get back up to close to full steam.Right now even with soft re-open the sit down restaurants might be at 30 to 50% capacity.

Apparently during its first run, the drum comes loose and blows the front off the which causes the washer to drain onto the newly installed carpets and proceeds to flood the basement.Glad I bought a dehumidifier yesterday and had a bunch of towels lying around 😂😂😂.

A daily rental manager needs to provide some sort of reservation service (preferably it includes an online presence), physically inspect and clean the property each day as your renters check in and out, and provide a linen exchange and laundry service for the sheets, towels, etc.

When we move, my home will be up for rent, the market is not doing to well in Southern Maryland it seems, at least not for owners like me, I hope it picks up in 2 years and I can find someone to rent it out to.I have also been considering becoming a REAL ESTATE AGENT, any thoughts on the process or advice?
