Broker participants and their agents must input exclusive right to sell or exclusive agency listings on one to four unit residential property and vacant residential lots located within the service area of the MLS within 72 hours (with no exceptions for weekends, holidays and postal holidays) after all necessary signatures of seller(s) have been obtained on the listing (7.5) or they will be fined.

My thought with purchasing before the deployment is that I would have about 6 months to renovate prior to leaving, and It will shave about 10 months total off of the year requirement to live in the home before I come back that is required with the FHA loan.

these are all good posts but all have to remember there are so many deals out there that if everyone of the bigger pockets people bought one property there would still be 150 available for each memberif you are a cream puff investor and want the big return with no work then I have to tell you those days are coming to an endif you rely solely on conventional financing those days will end tooits kinda like the people that go to school spend a lot of money for a bachelors degree that they will never use but cost them there credit and are now in debt to there eye ballscompetition is what makes this country greatAmerica has lost what made her great- Great Ideas- Hard Workers- Industries- The willingness to network with others- how many of the people on this forum really know who there neighbors are?

I dislike Cozy because it is harder to navigate than Avail in my opinion.Use the search bar above and look for "property management software" and you'll find thousands of discussions and blogs.Asking people which software is the best is like asking which ice cream flavor is the best!
