The best way of locating/networking with individuals interested in partnering/investing would be to go to meetup.com and look for real estate investment meetings and also to leverage facebook groups for the same, as well as your local REIA organizations.

If you buy something and do nothing to it, mark it up and resell it - that's considered a wholesale.

What is the best buy and resell strategy for properties with leins of all kinds, high equity, free and clear, and auction homes that have not made it to auction just yet?

I mean how do you determine which property would resell quicker to avoid long term risks?

My wife would prefer to stick to a SFH as our primary residence, but if I can accumulate some additional capital along the way, I'd like to get into SFH or duplex rentals to start.I'm also looking for some good local networking opportunities, mentorship, and/or a local organization to join for those just starting out.
