The property needs major upgrading and remodeling.

HQ Remodeling did my driveway recently and they did a great job - 8seven7-763-3322 ask for Eli or Adam.

We currently have 4/6 units rehabbed with remodeled bathrooms, new paint, new Allure floors, new light fixtures and new window coverings. 

I want to do some remodeling to hopefully make more money on the sale.

But on the brightside I can remodel and bring the rent up.

Right now I have four houses listed for sale, three flips being remodeled and two wholesales under contract.  

I've seen this type of layout before what was done when the kitchen needed to be remodeled was a small piece of counter (maybe a foot or less was added on the other side of the stove with a cookie sheet type cupboard underneath. 

If you remodel the interiors, you're still a bit captive to the rent of all the next-door neighboring units...

I started a remodeling LLC which has grossed/netted 15k/10k since June working random nights and weekends but they won't count that until it's been established for 2 years (although that extra cash helps). 

I had remodeled it and put about 9k of HVAC on them and renovate it.
