Project will include a kitchen backsplash and refinishing a fireplace in Indianapolis/Carmel area.

But, I obviously knew and clearly conveyed from the beginning that I wanted a new kitchen, new bathrooms, a shower in the master bathroom, full interior paint, refinish the hardwoods, etc.

(no cutting or coping)..BTW, this works refinishing works for other wood surfaces like cabinets and sills (but no need to pull those off).I do this landlord trim recipe when I change floors, overhaul a unit after a long tenancy, or prep one for sale. 

Put the cosmetic touches/refinishes into that it needs and cut 'er loose.

Also making the job as easy for the electrician as possible in that the house will be empty and he can bust open any wall he needs to as much as he needs to and won't have to refinish after his electric work is done..

Im looking for a contractor to come do a walk through and give me an estimate anytime between 9am-11am.Work that for sure will need to be completed includes roof, kitchen bathroom, refinishing floors, crown molding, new bay window, and possibly building a 1 car garage.

The hardwood floors in the BR's, hall and LR were refinished but show plenty of staining in the wood.

My uncle lives in St Augustine Florida and needs to refinish about 350 sf of heart pine.
