Somethings been puzzling me lately.

Are you a realtor, contractor, or lender already and have some parts of the puzzle figured out? 

The downpayment is just part of the puzzle.

These puzzle pieces were reconstructed before our eyes in one day by a four-man crew and small crane to form a complete tiny house.

Keep going at itHope this adds one more piece to the puzzle for those of you starting out and would love to hear similar stories from others that successfully made it through their first deal.P

I use that information in conjunction with various online searches and a Big Three consumer credit report to solve the puzzle.

I hope to continue to add those crucial pieces to my puzzle which will enable me to ultimately create a system.

Here is a scenario I'm looking at in Los Angeles County, and hoping to find a win-win scenario to step in as an investor to help out this guy out: High equity owner ($800k+), senior citizen, living off of social secur...

This is a long term play, so nothing to jump into tomorrow but if you can put all of the pieces of the puzzle together you can make it happen.  

That is what brings a lot of people to liking and buying in CA, and then the appreciation/equity piece of the puzzle as well.
