You could do VRBO whose fees I don't think are as high as Airbnb but I haven't heard of health care workers looking there.I would put a limiting thermostat on the AC too.

Auto-thermostats adjust the temp so your AC isn’t constantly running in between guests, your floor isnt getting constant wear and tear, people hardly ever use the appliances, I think it will be pretty easy to show down the road that the little bit of extra work it takes to get a property staged and up and running is more than worth it.

Also, buy nest or some other thermostat that auto turns off AC when tenants aren't there.
