When we were there today trying to figure out how our stuff would fit into the place we got a full scope of how dirty the place was: there was a bunch of dust all over the place, some stuff growing on the baseboard trim in the bathroom by the tub/shower, at least a dozen dead bugs and two fingernails around the den walls (haven't checked upstairs yet), weeds growing out by the back patio (which we are now responsible for pulling), and paint peeling off the trim in several spots some to bare wood. 

By the court decision the dog has to be killed, his insurance paid for the plastic surgeries etc. but he has ambrella coverage. 

Our rear patio door also needs replacing but again a hurricane door was $975 & they insist on using licensed installers, so we just repaired that as well. 

Another reason the cable guys are putting heavy plastic covers 2 ft up on cable runs down the poles into the ground.My favorite pipe fix...

There is also a large, shared back patio and backyard, is it worth my time and money to split them up?
