Is real estate investing a vehicle to follow another dream or passion in life?

Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am. 

Please keep in mind that this is an abbreviated story and in no way could ever represent the amount of adversity that I experienced through this process or the effort that was required.Looking back, I am amazed with power of real estate and have found a true passion, like nothing I ever experienced in my job and I wish anyone on a similar trajectory to push as hard as you can.

I find people do best with what they are passionate about and what they know or want to learn.Focus on your financial goals and your portfolio.  

But anyways I've been this since February of this year and it's grown to become a passion I'm doing wholesaling here on the island.

I Started reading books on real estate investing actually just got fun and it has been growing into something I'm becoming passionate about, I discovered this website about a week ago and it's provided me with tons of knowledge.

With me working for corporate America 60 hours a week, finding time to grow my real estate business is tough but something I am passionate about and hope to one day be able to do full time.

Personally I am not a fan of the north side, near west side or south side.
