Supercharger system is far and away best system out there.. there is no POS charge system its on your credit card and automatically billed.. my first 3 Teslas were grandfathered in and I NEVER paid to charge however all the early buyers still get the free charging.

I purchased real estate in an Opportunity Zone a few years ago through a multi-member LLC but didn't realize that the real estate was in an Opportunity Zone at the time.

After a few years you can springboard into a small multi-family or multi-room condo/ coop.

Plus, they all push you into using their tenant application systems, which are equally frustrating. ...I could maybe forgive these issues if I got tons of leads from these sites, but I don't get many leads at all (especially considering the prominence of a site like Zillow).    ...all I want is a simple, streamlined, fast, easy to use site that produces lots of quality tenant applications, why is that so hard?   

Ideally, I would love to buy a multi-family property and rent it out, I would consider house hacking but I mainly want to my first property to be one that I can improve on and have it generate income for me.

This will be the way to get them adjusted to assets that they will take over like I did from my dad.I look at multis and mixed-use to buy for my son to house hack, but NJ is crazy on pricing.

The problem is there are so many glitches in their base system that still need to be ironed out.
