I currently have a flip or rent property in Philly (whichever comes first) My agent goes by this morning and lockbox is gone.

Good morning BPers...Beginning in 2018, the conforming loan limit is set to increase about 6.8% from $424,100.

He makes it to some games, but to do that, he is sometimes working til 10 at night and again early the next morning, and while they're on vacation.

I check and analyse properties every evening after my current day-job and early morning before I go in.
