Maybe I'm just misunderstanding how the Lock-In Agreement works, but it seems pretty straight-forward (Florida Statute, Chapter 494, Section 0069, for reference).I really appreciate any input.

I would make a detailed list of everything that you want your cleaners to do so there are no misunderstandings. 

Ask before and it’s usually not a big deal, confirm after the fact leaves big opportunity for misunderstanding. best of luck.

It's something I rarely recommend because of all the complications that usually occur once things start rolling.And if you really decide to partner up with someone, make sure that the papers, agreements and contracts are extremely clear to all parties to avoid any kind of misunderstandings.
