Many sub 2 investors frame it as foreclosure rescue.Many others frame it as "no money down" investment as in the Porter case, took over 40 properties sub 2 to rent out, some on lease to own deals, failed miserably when tenants fall behind on rents, and she couldn't pay the sub 2 mortgages.

Not saying college is a bad thing... but I know a lot of people who go to college and donāt even really know why they went, have no interest in their major, and are completely miserable with a ton of debt they canāt seem to get rid of... donāt really understand the logic behind that.
