Situation:  I recently purchased a single family town home in Enterprise AL while I attend flight school at Fort Rucker.

Nor were the flights out when I bought my unit.

The cost to build each model is not significantly different.My dilemma is trying to figure out where the demand would be greatest for rental (while I own) and then for resell in a few years.I think the market for those wanting a 3 story is limited, but having the extra bedroom and a ground floor MIL unit makes me think someone would be more than happy to climb the 2 flights to the bedrooms.

Since I work full-time and my wife is a flight attendant her schedule is more flexible we think it makes sense for her to go through the process.

I met a guy on my last flight out that does flips and BRRR in that market.

Working as a flight attendant i live in Dubai, about 10 nights/month, the rest of the time i always somewhere traveling.

Where I lived in California I had to connect flights and cost were a little high.

Ideally, we would find an investment within an hour or so of an airport with commercial Flights such as Anchorage or Fairbanks.Hi @Amy ParadisWe've got a few investment properties here and out in the Valley personally.

If you've ever taken a Friday flight to Vegas and then a return flight on sun out of Vegas you'd know what I mean haha.
