4) How logical is it to move w/o lining up a new job?

You have to know that this job requires you to do uncomfortable things and take charge of situations like this. 

The 734 “votes” (relative to 660 posts) tell me that you, on average do a great job posting valuable information to users on these forums, and on a regular basis. 

She has a good-paying job, and her employment has not been affected. 

But I think she did extremely well for herself with her w2 job and from having the free and clear properties.

In the short term, I aim to replace my monthly income from my current entry-level job, I dont make a ton of money so this shouldn't be too difficult.

If you have room in your panel, it's a $100 -  $200 job

I am not there to baby them and do their job for them.

I would like to get something setup to help connect all of the different teams you would need to do a full job from finance to maintenance and everything in between.
