The bathroom tiling can be done before or after the rest of the floors and simultaneously during other portions of the rehab to save time - you should measure out and plan that your two floorings that meet are at the same height to avoid the inevitably ugly and clumsy transition piece.

@Robert Wentland,I would also start attending local REI meetings if you aren't already. 

I gone to auctions where this is not the case and was notified later my bid did not meet the reserve price and rejected.
