@Scott Smith - As a newbie to RE you should really learn on how to tackle difficult tasks.What you should look depends on what your goals are.

Tackle them and get them to go to your job site with you. 

The plan is to tackle rental property investing, the problem I face though is getting started from overseas.

Other investors (including me) view this as a waste of their time, so they set up an answering service that tackles incoming calls with an approved set of questions (a script) and / or a ready made website, that has exactly the same series of questions, that handles incoming leads.
