No one can say what a judge will do so I shy away from making any implied warranty as to any arrangement.I'd say too that we usually look to case law in similar circumstances and making an educated guess as to an expected outcome.

Well anyone`s comment will do.I just want to know if that seems insulting.It doesn`t seem insulting to me,then again I`m not a Realtor.The only thing I was implying with the email was I wanted an accurate CMA done.Her being insulted makes me think she`s the type of agent that will jack up the ARV to get the sale.Don`t know maybe I`m ignorant when it comes to realtors and Real Estate like she says.
