Is he tying the scrapper to the vacuum hose ?

you should lay down 3 mil plastic so you can roll it up and dispose of if not rack it off the carpet into a bag or can.I have used a hudson sprayer if I could not use a garden hose connected to hot water,and the best tool is a flexible 4 to 6 " putty knife and you should wait a few minutes for water to soak in,check it and it should come off very easy !

If it makes you feel any better the private investors who funded this loan likely also got hosed.

If they call the mortgage due, then you and the seller have until the foreclosure date to pay the entire mortgage, or you're both hosed.

I did it with a 110 gallon trough, a water tank, black pipe, hoses and a water pump.

If you have one 30K hose with no equity in it and it is owner financed to the LLC, 5K is probably fine.

But keep in mind, once you have gutters, you need to have soaker hoses in those areas now! 

I’d bump hose ratings up and put Dyer as an A and Hammond as a B.
