This young man is 25, if he plays his cards right and scales slow, by the time he is 40 he will be a millionaire many times over.You just have to be careful, there are sharks out there that are not scammers per se, but they are just very pitchy and slimy and are allergic to honesty.

I priced it only about 14% higher than the long term rental which matches traveling health professionals' budget on Furnished Finder.So I'm leaning toward longer term rental because even if I secure midterm tenant, that 14% more isn't really worth the potential vacancy.

I think there is less compliance issues, with a house the city is always sending you bs letters that you have to comply with. or a pipe bursting or someone falling in the parking. the hoa takes care of all these and takes these risks for you.I get the asteroid thing, just because there are drunk drivers out there you can't sit at home and be afraid to drive, I get all that, but these nasty lawyers will gladly gladly gladly destroy your life over the silliest thing.
