it's like the GYM - you work out everyday!!!

It's also within a couple of miles to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and other amenities.  

Where I can work out at the gym just fine, some people need to pay the trainer to get their results.

Many of these things required for success are things that I was not taught growing up, even when I talk to my dad about things like waking up at 4am to work, or going to the gym everyday, or meditating, he acknowledges that even he could never do that, but knows that many successful people do that and that it's vital.

It's almost as bad as the "how much do you bench bro," at the gym. . . . . . 

Most of the (few) listings on FurnishedFinder are for more rural properties and are asking $1,500/mo, where this is one mile from a gym with a pool, a supermarket, and beauty shop, and very close to hiking, golf, and other recreation. 

I will go to the gym and shower there… I guess!

Find partners who make-up where you lack at, If you're looking for a GC, go to the gym, a lot of them hit the gym first thing in the morning at 5 am- the other LLC I'm a part of has me and one other gentlemen who is one of the top GC's in my area.
