This economic stability and growth in logistics, healthcare, and education sectors create job opportunities, attracting more residents.

Rather than spend an hour doing something that others consider fun, I spend it on prospecting and educating myself, to me that is fun.

What AI would change most is not in the area of physical jobs but in the area of knowledge transformation and decision-making.If google itself is done deal in 2024, there's chance 3 year high school education can be replaced by 6 months self-study in AI itself.

If they insist on taking you to court, get your documentation together, demonstrate the damages they caused, let the court know you offered a full refund, and hope the court has mercy on you and doesn't charge you the full three months.If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, I recommend you start educating yourself on how to follow the law and handle problems.

Education and action are all that matter, guessing the future is just a way to justify inaction.

For instance, mileage from driving around to view properties for sale, educational expenses like books or seminars, expenses from networking events with other real estate professionals, etc.Hope that provides a helpful example. 

To move forward, save aggressively, network with local real estate investment groups, educate yourself on real estate investing, get pre-approved for a mortgage, and continue researching Dallas and Tyler markets.
