These people have just seen the ownership of the roof over their head change hands.

MF is where I think most people head but SF is still a good place to start.

The only thing to consider is painting over a high gloss finish with a less glossy finish.

Also as a heads up, in the meantime before you get it replaced, if you're working on any outlets or anything in your home where you want to shut power down, just be aware that tripping the breakers may not actually de-energize the circuits!    

The rough plan in my head has been to move to Jacksonville and buy a house between 400k-500k with cash so we don’t have a mortgage.

We currently have one significantly cheaper rental that has been working out well and has put this idea into my head.

We broke it down based on a crucial aspect of short-term rental success: the number of guests able to stay in a particular property per booking, which the industry cool-kids refer to as "heads in beds."

I can't think of a reason why you'd want to do this off the top of my head, but I'm not saying that one doesn't exist.
