The buyer called me about 2 weeks later telling me he had filed for eviction, and the sheriff was going to evict that day.  

If they are good officers, they will suggest to you that you file a temporary restraining order against them. 

If I have to file suit to collect what I am owed, the amount includes lost revenue a result of the wrongfully evicted tenant (lost rent, unit turnover costs, cost to place new tenant (does new Pm charge to place new tenant?)).

I just found out that he filed liens on 3 of my properties after he was fired, illegally clouding the titles. 

At least in Missouri, and depending on size, you typically have to test your waste water monthly/quarterly, and then you have to file a form quarterly with DNR which reports the status of your treatment facility.  

So just be sure that this doesn't qualify as offering significant services which would change you tax filing status.Usually if you refer a guest to a boat rental place or whatever and get nothing, it isn't an issue, but sometimes when offer the ability to book something like a chef, it can be construed as significant service offering.Double check with your tax pro just to be sure.

Five months into the loan, the hard money lender filed a notice of default because the borrower stopped paying their mortgage with that lender. 

Its unfortunate that Scott has had so many suits filed against him.
