As for landlords feeling screwed its a for profit private enterprise deal with it.. just like every other business deals with govmit regulations those that can succeed those that just whine and complain they just fade away.

The key difference being wholesalers buy properties AS-IS and don're quire the sellers to make any repairs. 4) They are buying as a for profit enterprise, and thus have a vested interest to buy at the lowest sales price, to charge the highest fees, and to have the seller make as many repairs as possible.
