You may want to let that ride for a while to "test drive" the tenants so to speak, and then lock them in to a lease if they are a good fit for you. 

I should be done all of it by the end of the month and plan to take the test in September so I guess I'll find out then how good the actual course was. 

We've had 2 hydrastatic tests done and both have come up excellent, so it's not a leak under the house.
