What DOES bother me is the much higher percentage the guests pay, which depresses the prices I can charge.

They bears predict depression after awhile no one listened them.

Not a doctor but boy this sounds like he is struggling with depression.

The depressed (then) neighborhoods have a face lift with 4-5X in value cf last 8 years.

I get depressed everytime I look at those numbers, thinking in retrospect what I should have done.

I had never really found a good way to field this question because I was essentially always depressed because of my work lifestyle, but people don't want to hear that, however I also never became fully comfortable without being honest.

This last collapse was like none other aside from the great depression. 

My issue is after they move in months later I have been hearing their need due to depression, and college tenants are saying they need a therapy animal to cope.
