In some jurisdictions you can require a property, or a unit in a residential multifamily (2-4 units), be delivered vacant if you, or an immediate family member, plans to occupy.If your jurisdiction does not have such provisions, then hopefully some/all of the tenants are on month to month terms.

I would send notice rescinding both the offer to discount the price(Could be interpreted as an option ) and the 3 month extension of the lease(It is not valid until signed by the tenant and delivered back to you).
