So, yes, I live in Bend, and if I could afford it I would love to develop something here, but due to the cost I'm looking to build RV Parks southwest of here in the Grants Pass / Cave Junction areas where the dirt is much, much cheaper but where there is at the same time a huge demand for low cost living spaces.

I feel like I've been living in a cave all these years, trying to hide all of my finds because other investors weren't so open to sharing information/knowledge (without a ridiculous fee) and even though real estate books have been a great resource, they don't provide live feedback or up-to-date information.
