Unfortunately, not all the illegals are good hearted people with good intentions and many are cartels that traffic drugs and sex, gangs, spies, terrorists, etc.

I'm not one to generally take to heart what other people say that are either a) not in my shoes or b) don't have words of wisdom from prior experience but I've been running into this a lot.  

I've got some money stashed away, but am really a miser at heart and would rather not part with too much.

I hope your holiday's are going well and that the new year will be bring each of you all of the wealth, health and happiness your hearts and hands can hold.

Most likely if it is being sold by an agent, he has his best interest at heart and knows very well how much the property is worth.

I was planning on refinishing the floors myself (they are the most beautiful heart pine, or maybe even hemlock), but I think I'll let pro's lay carpet.
