Consumer protection.

Goodman/Amana, Lennox/Armstrong/Concord, Trane/American Standard, Carrier/Payne/Bryant/Tempstar.Most internal HVAC equipment is made by fewer manufacturers...Emerson, Honeywell and Johnson Controls.IMO, the biggest difference is the installer and the reason why some brands get higher ratings by consumers is they are selective about who they allow to install their brands.Check out this link.  

LOL.many in the fix and flip business though can get a nice tax deduction when buying a nice new truck they use in the business.But limiting debt to your personal resi.. 1 car for you one for spouse.. and then NO other consumer debt ever .. is a good recipe.. 

If I pass the test I don't want to wait again while CALBRE is processing more paperwork, they take forever.

I like many I assume read books for a while but never dove in but now that i have I can't get enough and it consumes me.

I have a steady income as a employee at Costco but, I don't want to be there forever so I'm not sure if I should start a career in real estate as a broker or an investor first?

There was simply no time left over since my first job often consumed weekend hours and ran into evening hours.

Not sure if we hold forever or sell in the future when we are ready to move.
