The only thing that I know for certain is that many of the foreclosure departments in these firms are assembly lines. 

Once you feel satisfied things have stabilized, you can move out and let the team you assembled take over. 

What is the typical process to assemble land?

I see a processing fee, underwriting fee, doc assembly fee, lender fee, lender title policy, owner's title policy, closing fee, Title endorsement fee, recording fee, state tax/stamps, appraisal fee, credit report fee, flood cert fee...fee, fee, FEE, FEE...which of these are acceptable versus fees? 

BP Community, does anybody know of a company that creates indoor self-storage units for the owner to assemble? 

I think I had to span from one pier to the next and I bolted the assembly together with 3/8" diameter carriage bolts.
