She always pays the rent, just late each month.Can the late fees be added to the next months rent on sec 8 home?

Ive already had a horrible experience with IRS after winning a vacations prize not knowing it would be added as income and i ended up owing big time.

Your getting some/all of the value out of that unit. other than that..shouldn't you be adding in mortgage insurance.

However, there are a few attributes that I have not focused on, but I definitely will be adding them to my arsenal to assist me in my journey.
