The specific property I am looking at is a single family 2 bed 2 bath home with an office in a 55 and older active community in Florida.

It's a stand alone 900 sqft 1 bed 1 bath plus a bonus room unit to become vacant at the end of the month.

Even a really nice 1 bed 1 bath would go for about $600-750.

1700 sqft 2 story house. 4 bed 3 bathrooms.

The average rents that I have seen for either a 2 bed or 3 bed row/town house has been anywhere from $900-1200 depending on the cosmetic upgrades and features (i.e. garage, outdoor space, etc). 

The duplex is two bed, 1 bath.

Have you looked at the Bamboo wood.
