Alessandra Verbena Impact of War with Ukraine on U.S. Real Estate

As long as banks and hedge funds continue buying up property no matter the cost, prices will likely continue to artificially inflate for a time. However, with inflation increasing at astronomical rates, an irresponsible government with zero accountability and unfettered spending, the same zero-accountability government also sharing a blurred line with corporate oligarchs that have aspirations of complete ownership of everything (and everyone if you pay attention), a lying emotional legacy media fear-mongering about war and disease while virtue-signaling on social issues, the younger generation not buying into the “American Dream” of owning a home or having children, and the absolute unwillingness of an egotistical public to believe anything not being pumped out of the black mirror in their living room, the future outlook for any market appears bleak to me.It’s an “everything bubble.”
