On January 21, the day my personal round started, I immediately began receiving notifications from Credit Karma (I have the app on my phone) about several banks checking my credit score.

There are so many apps now that allow you to manage virtually.

I’m using a running app to keep track of neighborhoods I’ve looked at but I’m trying to find a way to mark them down so I don’t end up overlapping and wasting time.

However, we have just read a few articles that say allowing electronic payments is not a good idea due to the fact that partial payments are automatically accepted by these apps. 

As I understand from my research, it would just be the $155 app fee and then whatever dues cost. 

I've been keeping the books using Wave apps accounting and have reports showing our share of contributions.

Been using Tellus app for the past year and it works well for collecting rent.

Assume 1 month vacancy per 13 months (deduct 1 months expenses) Assume make ready costs of app $2,000 per 13 month period (paint, cleaning, carpets, etc..)$1200- is that for repairs, etc...

Just easier for me, especially having the ability to transfer funds online at the drop of a dime under one phone APP, and to keep track of my expense for tax purposes.
