@Casey McCoy there are options but you will have to do some digging. most places ( big box stores) do not stock these items and do not have them on display.

It is drivable 365, decent weather, tons of newer stock, low taxes, low insurance, very pro business, entertaining etc. 

Super helpful, I'll put the 3.5% down and hang onto the cash for other investments such as other properties and stocks.

A lot of the stock plans have horrible layouts and don't take into consideration your site conditions.
